AThanks to improved logistics, our Luxury models usually arrive for setup at your home just 7-10 business days after the order is placed. Hi-Low and Traditional models take a while longer. We estimate 10-20 business days for delivery on these models.
AYes, shipping and in-home setup are included on all adjustable bed models delivered to locations in the lower 48 states. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska there will be an additional freight charge. Please call for pricing.
AAll GoldenRest adjustable beds come with at least one year of coverage for parts and in-home service. For service during this time, just call the 800 number supplied with your bed. A technician will be scheduled to come to your home to repair your bed free of charge.

AThe Hi-Low bed has the same functions as the other adjustable beds with one additional great feature. The entire bed goes up and down with a push of a button. In the up position, it makes caring for someone much easier on the caregiver. Depending on the model, the bed can raise up 7" or 12". The Hi-Low also makes it easy for an individual who uses a wheelchair to transfer in and out of bed. Our Deluxe Hi-Low model can be configured to go as low as 15" from the ground as measured from the top of the mattress.
