Pros	Very sturdy and solidly built. Mechanism operates noiselessly, as does the vibrator system.
Cons	None seen at this time.
Service & Delivery	Delivery and set-up went smoothly.
I'm so satisfied with this GoldenRest product I'm going to buy a second one for my wife to enjoy

A Little About Myself
Pros	Great value. Looks like a regular bed. Easy operation. No more wedges.
Cons	Had to by new sheets because longer size but well worth it.
Service & Delivery	White Glove delivery was excellent. The carrier contacted me and made arrangements for delivery. Delivery men came on time and set-up the bed. Perfect!
I bought a Twin XL for my mother. She has circulation issues and needs to elevate her legs. For years she has used bed wedges, but now that she is elderly, the wedges became a nightmare for her to get in & out of bed. I looked and looked for a bed that was adjustable, hospital beds look like hospital beds and can be bad for a social well being. The Goldenrest bed looks and feels like any other bed. Tempur type adjustable beds are over-priced and can be a difficult adjustment for someone who has been sleeping on a traditional mattress for 80+ years. Other traditional adjustable beds I looked at had horrible reviews or were notorious for bad customer service. The salesman from Goldenrest was very helpful and followed up with email notifications. My mother finds the bed to be very comfortable in any position. In addition it has improved her leg swelling and circulation. Just do it! I was hesitant about buying online/over the phone, however, I took the plunge and was the best decision I made in a while.

Pros	My Goldenrest Supreme adjustable bed is so very comfortable and quiet. The head and feet adjustments are not limited and creates situations where rest is impossible not to achieve.

Service & Delivery	Quick and easy...
I replaced a single adjustable with my full size and now I don't have to lay on the mattress in the same position all night.

Pros	You could not ask for a better night's sleep. My cats love sleeping on this adjustable bed at night as much as I do.
Cons	There seems to be no good place to hang or place the remote control. It continues to end up on the floor.
Service & Delivery	Okay, some of the plastic wrapping was left dangling in a number of places. We finally pulled the remaining pieces off. The "finishing touch" was not done.
I love this adjustable bed but wish there was a place to put the remote so that it is within reach at all times. I keep the remote on the night stand, but the spring cord, more often than not, jerks the remote to the floor.

I ordered this bed for my '87-year-old brother-in-law because he was unable to sleep in a regular bed and usually slept in a recliner. This bed fit his needs to a tee, once he got it adjusted to his comfort level. The price was right and the set up was excellent.

Pros	Endless Positions. Safe & Sturdy.

Service & Delivery	"Service: When I spoke to the Rep and told him about my condition (Extreme Low Back Problems) I told him which bed I was considering and he actually talked me into a less expensive bed. I was looking at the memory foam model and he explained that the memory foam probably wouldn't be good for my condition. He explained that the way the foam cradled the body would be a problem for someone with this kind of pain because it isn't as easy to slide on as an inner spring mattress. What can I say he was right. I tested a temperpedic at the local mattress store and I had some real problems getting in and out of it. So cudos to my rep, he saved me $350 and got me what I needed and not what I thought I wanted. My only complaint is the delivery time quoted. I was told it would be on a truck in about a week. It actually took about 3 weeks for delivery. Not a big deal as most other places quoted between 4 and 6 weeks for delivery. GoldenRest would be better off quoting a realistic delivery time...however it's still better than the others. Delivery was on time (from the call day before) the guys were quick and efficient, and the bed was in perfect shape. They gave me a quick lesson on operation and made sure I saw the manual and all the paperwork."
I bought the adjustable bed because after 3 lower back surgeries and another on the way I could not sleep flat anymore. This bed has been a godsend. Finally I can go to sleep! For over 2 months I have been sleeping in my chair because I can't lie down flat. With this bed I am able to adjust it into an infinite number of positions to relieve the pressure and finally get some rest. I did quite a bit of online research and checked a bunch of different beds, and GoldenRest was about $1300 cheaper than the nearest like bed. So by comparison and actual use, I recommend Golden Rest and this bed emphatically.
