The sales team was very helpful and followed through wonderfully. Only difficulty I had was not being able to respond via emails as my mac must not be compatible with your system as it bounced back all my replies.

The base suites my needs and it supports my existing mattress as well. I like that it is not a wall-hugger, as I can get behind it to clean the floor more easily. It is quiet and smooth operating.
